Core Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using MERN stack technologies.

- Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases (MySQL) for high-performance operations.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS EC2 or equivalent cloud platforms.

- Implement caching strategies to improve system performance and responsiveness.

- Integrate and manage messaging queues for asynchronous processing (SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Optimize frontend performance and ensure SEO best practices.

- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

- Design and implement cloud-native architectures focusing on scalability, observability, and reliability.

- Integrate AI-driven features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and automation tools.

- Follow CI/CD pipelines, microservices principles, and best practices in modern web development.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably in MERN stack.

- Strong expertise in Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL.

- Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks, caching, cloud deployment, and queue-based processing.

- Experience with AI feature integration in web applications.

- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, and microservices.

- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with frontend optimization, performance monitoring, and SEO best practices.
