MERN Stack Developer

Experience : 8 - 10 Years.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner.

Primary Skills (Mandatory / Non-Negotiable) :

- Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, React.js, TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, Event-driven Architectures.

- Proficiency in PostgreSQL.

- Containerization & Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes.

- Exposure to CRM Platforms, CCaaS, and/or VoIP Solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement high-quality technical specifications aligned with architecture guidelines.

- Define, propose, and enforce best programming practices across the team.

- Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve support and production issues efficiently.

- Apply Scrum/Kanban methodologies to maximize performance, quality, and team motivation.

- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across Software Engineering and Business teams.

- Support the team in analyzing and monitoring KPIs and metrics.

- Identify, resolve, or escalate issues that impact delivery timelines or team productivity.
