MERN Stack Developer

Requirements :

- Full stack experience using the latest versions of MongoDB, React, Express JS, Node JS

- Experience in unit testing automation, static code review, CI/CD, Bitbucket, and latest components from respective technologies

- Expert knowledge of frontend and integration technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, REST

- Can do production deployments, production defect fixes in SLA

- Must be familiar with RESTful APIs

- Advantageous to know the payment/Fintech domain

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective team player, and able to work with individuals at all levels within the organization

- Excellent English skills and experience working within a multi-location team

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications using MERN stack technologies

- Implement unit testing and ensure high code quality using automated testing frameworks

- Perform static code reviews and optimize performance for both frontend and backend components

- Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure secure, efficient data communication between systems

- Handle production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production defects within SLA timelines

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to deliver high-quality software solutions

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and provide accurate technical estimations

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and proactively recommend enhancements to the product

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintain proper documentation
