Job Title : Senior Mendix Developer

About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mendix Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality Mendix applications that meet business needs. You will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable low-code solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into functional applications.

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable Mendix applications using best practices and Mendix frameworks.

- Integrate Mendix apps with external systems, APIs, and legacy platforms.

- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

- Assist in the migration of existing systems to Mendix-based solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and follow SDLC best practices.

- Document application features, architecture, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Mendix Developer or in a similar low-code development role.

- Strong command of the Mendix platform, including UI design, microflows, domain modelling, and security

configuration.

- Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

- Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integrations.

- Experience in mobile application development using Mendix is a plus.

- Mendix Certification (Rapid, Intermediate/Advanced, or Expert) is required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

- Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
