About the Role :

- We are looking for skilled Automation QA Engineers with strong Salesforce testing experience to join our dynamic team in Pune.

- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and Salesforce Clouds, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem is reliable, scalable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium within Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and eCommerce Cloud.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce solutions and workflows.

- Utilize Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench for validation and data management.

- Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA processes and tools; collaborate with development teams for quick resolution.

- Verify data integrity and perform data validation across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrated systems.

- Test custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.

- Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure QA best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in QA and test automation.

- Strong experience in Salesforce application testing (Sales, Service, Marketing, eCommerce Clouds).

- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and automation frameworks.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, Workbench, and related Salesforce testing tools.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps workflows (CI/CD).

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, configurations, and integrations.

- Ability to identify process gaps, document test cases, and maintain high-quality test deliverables.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
