Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Mediation Developer with strong expertise in telecom mediation systems, specifically in Digital Route Mediation Zone (DRMZ).

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mediation flows that process high-volume telecom data for billing and charging systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain mediation flows in Digital Route Mediation Zone (DRMZ).

- Process and transform telecom data records (CDRs/EDRs) for downstream billing systems.

- Configure and optimize mediation pipelines for high performance and scalability.

- Integrate mediation systems with upstream and downstream applications using REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP protocols.

- Work closely with billing, charging, and network teams to ensure accurate data processing.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error handling in mediation workflows.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

- Work in Linux/Unix environments for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Digital Route Mediation Zone (DRMZ) development.

- In depth understanding of telecom mediation, rating, charging, and billing processes.

Proficiency in :

- SQL (complex queries, performance tuning)

- Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting

- Experience with file-based and API-based integrations (REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP).

- Knowledge of telecom data formats like CDRs, EDRs.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
