About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong technical foundation in CRM analytics, data automation, and business performance reporting.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end data operations across sales, CRM, and financial systems, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and strategic decision-making.
This role requires hands-on expertise in LeadSquared CRM, Power BI (or similar BI tools), Advanced Excel, and data visualization/report automation, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Data Management & Reporting :
- Compile, clean, and structure large volumes of sales performance data across multiple hospital units and verticals (corporates, PSUs, TPAs, wellness, etc.
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to monitor revenue, patient volumes, lead conversions, and target achievement.
- Automate MIS reporting pipelines to minimize manual effort and improve data accuracy.
2. LeadSquared CRM Analytics :
- Extract and analyze lead and funnel data from LeadSquared CRM to measure efficiency, lead quality, and closure performance.
- Track and optimize lead journey stagesallocation, follow-up, conversion, and re-engagementhighlighting drop-offs and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to enhance CRM adoption, compliance, and data integrity.
3. KPI Monitoring & Forecasting :
- Maintain and monitor key sales KPIs such as revenue vs.
target, lead-to-admission ratio, unit-wise growth, and AR/DSO metrics.
- Support forecasting models and performance benchmarking for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
4. Strategic Insights & Executive Reporting :
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to the National Sales Head and executive leadership on regional performance, campaign ROI, and new business opportunities.
- Design visually compelling board-level dashboards and presentations highlighting trends, performance metrics, and actionable takeaways.
5. Cross-Functional Data Coordination :
- Partner with marketing, finance, billing, and hospital operations teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of data across platforms.
- Reconcile CRM (LeadSquared) and financial data to eliminate reporting discrepancies.
6. Automation & Data Quality Enhancement :
- Develop automated BI dashboards using Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms, integrated with CRM and sales data sources.
- Implement data quality checks, SOPs, and training to ensure system hygiene and governance across teams.
Technical Skills Required :
- LeadSquared CRM Advanced user with analytical and reporting experience.
- Business Intelligence Tools Power BI / Google Data Studio / Tableau (preferred).
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets Pivot tables, dashboards, formulas, macros.
- SQL (Basic to Intermediate) For data querying and validation (a plus).
- Data Visualization & Storytelling Ability to present complex data clearly.
- Automation Mindset Experience building self-service reports and automated pipelines.

Preferred Background :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
- Prior experience in Healthcare, SaaS, or CRM-driven Sales Analytics environments is a plus
