Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) Developer to support and maintain master data processes across business functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with material, vendor, customer master data, and tools like Winshuttle and Pronovia for mass uploads. This role involves ticket resolution, master data creation/maintenance, and support for SAP transaction reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform master data creation, maintenance, and updates for :

- Material Master

- Vendor Master

- Customer Master

- Sales Order-related master data

- Handle daily ticket resolution related to MDM issues

- Execute mass uploads and data corrections using tools like Winshuttle and Pronovia

- Generate and analyze SAP transaction reports to validate and audit data

- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems and business units

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous MDM improvement

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM)

- Solid working knowledge of SAP master data objects : Material, Vendor, Customer

- Hands-on expertise in Winshuttle and Pronovia for mass uploads

- Good understanding of SAP transactions and reporting tools

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments

- Experience working with ITSM tools for ticket management

- Familiarity with data governance frameworks
