We are looking for a hands-on React JS Lead to design and build enterprise-grade web and mobile UI platforms powering large-scale Field Service and Point-of-Sale applications.

This is a coding-first leadership role where you will own frontend architecture, set engineering standards, and mentor senior developers while working closely with product, QA, and backend teams.

What Youll Do :

- Lead the design and development of scalable React applications using modern JavaScript and best practices

- Own frontend architecture, ensuring performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability

- Build high-quality, testable code and actively contribute hands-on

- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Review code, define standards, and mentor senior and lead engineers

- Drive UI best practices around testing, CI/CD, and release quality

- Participate in shaping web and mobile product experiences

- Identify technical risks early and proactively remove delivery blockers

What Were Looking For :

Core Skills (Must-Have) :

- 10+ years of overall software development experience

- 8+ years of strong ReactJS and Advanced JavaScript experience

- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, modern UI patterns, and performance optimisation

- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST / SOAP APIs

- Strong understanding of unit testing and test-driven UI development

- Hands-on experience working in CI/CD environments

- Prior experience in a technical lead or frontend leadership role

Platform & Architecture :

- Experience working with microservices-based systems

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

- Understanding of web security, data privacy, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

Good to Have :

- Backend exposure to .NET APIs

- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes

- Knowledge of ElasticSearch, caching techniques, or observability tools (Kibana)

- Familiarity with PostgreSQL
