We are seeking a skilled IBM Maximo Developer to join our team and support the development, customization, and integration of IBM Maximo Asset Management applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Maximo configurations, automation scripts, and integration frameworks, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust asset management solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and support IBM Maximo applications and related frameworks.
- Customize Maximo modules, workflows, and automation scripts to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Maximo with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, GIS) using REST/SOAP APIs and Maximo Integration Framework.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Maximo performance, data integrity, and functionality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including system design, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain BIRT reports and SQL scripts for data extraction and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for Maximo development and deployment.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with IBM Maximo.
- Proficiency in Java, Jython, Python, SQL, and XML.
- Experience with Maximo configurations (MBOs, workflows, cron tasks, domains, etc.).
- Familiarity with database systems like Oracle or SQL Server.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
