Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Maximo Developer with strong expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite and Maximo Manage 8.x. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java-based customization, automation scripting, integrations, and DevOps practices. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and customize IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) / Maximo Manage 8.x to meet business requirements.

- Develop complex customizations using Maximo MBOs, Java, Jython, JavaScript, and SQL.

- Implement automation scripts to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.

- Configure and manage workflows, escalations, domains, security groups, roles, and applications within Maximo.

- Lead and support integration projects with external systems such as Salesforce and other enterprise applications.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, JSON, Web Services, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).

- Apply DevOps practices with tools like Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for version control and deployment.

- Support migration processes, user profiles, and permission management in Maximo environments.

- Collaborate with business users to understand processes and translate them into effective Maximo solutions.

- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 - 8 years of strong hands-on experience in Maximo Application Suite / Maximo Manage 8.x.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Jython, SQL.

- Solid experience in Maximo Manage configuration and customization.

- Expertise in Maximo MBO framework, automation scripting, and workflow development.

- Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, JSON.

- Experience in integration with Salesforce or other enterprise systems.

- Exposure to DevOps practices with Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Maximo migration process, profiles, security, and permissions management.

- Good understanding of business processes, KPIs, and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Maximo Anywhere, Maximo Scheduler, or Maximo Health & Predict.

- Experience in cloud-hosted Maximo environments (AWS/Azure).

- ITIL certification or exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
