Key Responsibilities :

Service Delivery & Operations Management :

- Own and govern infrastructure and platform support services across all technology towers.

- Ensure stable and reliable operations of production, UAT, and DR environments.

- Drive incident, problem, change, release, and capacity management processes.

- Lead weekly operational reviews, service reviews, and stakeholder governance meetings.

- Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate major incident management and facilitate post-incident RCA activities.

Technical Project Management :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, platform, cloud, and operational improvement projects.

- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Manage project dependencies across infrastructure, application, database, middleware, and platform teams.

- Coordinate infrastructure refresh, upgrades, migrations, patching, and DR initiatives.

- Provide regular executive reporting and project status updates.

T24 Support Governance :

- Coordinate T24 application support activities across infrastructure and application teams.

- Work closely with Temenos vendors and internal business stakeholders.

- Ensure environment availability and operational readiness for T24-related services.

- Support release planning, production deployments, upgrades, and issue management for T24 platforms.

- Facilitate problem resolution across database, middleware, OS, and platform layers impacting T24.

Cloud & DevOps Coordination :

- Support cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives.

- Coordinate CI/CD implementation and deployment planning activities.

- Monitor platform automation initiatives and infrastructure-as-code adoption.

- Ensure DevOps and SRE practices are aligned with operational objectives.

- Work with engineering teams to improve deployment efficiency and operational resilience.
