Were looking for a highly capable Technical Lead who can take full ownership of technical delivery, guide teams effectively, design strong architectures, and stay ahead with emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain.

Youll be responsible for security research, product development, and technical architecture modelling, while also mentoring the team and managing client expectations confidently.

Core Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership, Architecture & Modelling :

- Own the system architecture and design scalable solutions for new and existing products.

- Create architecture diagrams, data-flow models, and integration blueprints.

- Lead end-to-end technical decision-making across projects.

- Evaluate and implement modern technologies, including :

- AI/ML (LLMs, automation, API integrations).

- Blockchain fundamentals (distributed ledgers, smart contracts).

- Cloud-native stacks, microservices, and containerized deployments.

- Review and optimize code quality, performance, and security.

- Support the team with complex debugging and architectural guidance.

Security Research & Implementation :

- Research new security vulnerabilities, trends, and best practices.

- Implement secure coding standards, authentication flows, and encryption protocols.

- Conduct periodic security audits and propose improvements.

- Ensure all products meet compliance, privacy, and security benchmarks.

Product Development & Innovation :

- Participate in product ideation, prototyping, and feature planning.

- Convert business goals into robust product architectures and technical requirements.

- Build rapid prototypes for AI, automation, or blockchain-based features.

- Work closely with UI/UX teams to refine user journeys and improve product usability.

Project Delivery & Ownership :

- Take end-to-end responsibility for project execution and quality.

- Prepare sprint plans, task breakdowns, and delivery roadmaps.

- Identify technical risks early and drive their resolution.

- Ensure best practices in CI/CD, documentation, deployment, and version control.

Client Interaction & Scope Management :

- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and confirm scope.

- Translate business needs into detailed technical plans.

- Communicate technical decisions, project updates, and risks clearly.

- Build long-term trust through consistent delivery and transparency.

Team Leadership & Upskilling :

- Mentor and guide developers across multiple skill levels.

- Conduct training sessions on AI, security, architecture, blockchain, DevOps, etc.

- Set expectations around ownership, accountability, and coding standards.

- Encourage innovation and continuous learning across the team.

Technology Adoption & R&D :

- Continuously research new languages, frameworks, and platforms.

- Quickly learn new programming languages when needed and guide the team.

- Lead POCs and internal R&D initiatives to explore new possibilities.

- Suggest tools and technologies that improve performance, stability, and security.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong background in backend or full-stack development (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Solidity, or Rust).

Hands-On Knowledge Of :

- AI/ML basics or API integrations.

- Blockchain fundamentals (Web3, smart contracts).

- Architectural modelling, system design, diagramming tools.

- Microservices, REST APIs, event-driven design.

- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Docker, CI/CD, Git workflows.

- Secure coding practices and OWASP concepts.

- Ability to quickly learn new programming languages and adapt to new tech stacks.

- Strong debugging, optimization, and analytical abilities.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in software development.

- Prior experience leading a team or project.

- Exposure to AI/automation or blockchain projects preferred.

- Experience in security research or secure architecture is a plus.

- A strong background in architectural design/modelling is preferred.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
