Master Data Lead - LabVantage LIMS

Master Data Lead responsibilities include the following :

- Developing and implementing data governance policies. This involves creating and enforcing rules for data quality, consistency, and security.

- Designing and managing MDM solutions. This includes defining data models, hierarchies, and workflows to support effective data management.

- Ensuring data quality and accuracy. This involves monitoring data quality, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to improve data accuracy and reliability.

- Collaborating with stakeholders. Working with business units, IT teams, and data Analyst to understand their needs and ensure MDM solutions meet their requirements.

- Leading and mentoring teams. Providing guidance and support to other team members involved in MDM activities.

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in MDM technologies and best practices.

- Managing the technical aspects of MDM. This may include managing code, deployments, and testing of MDM systems.

- Ensuring compliance with regulations. Making sure that MDM practices align with relevant data privacy and security regulations.

- Generate consulting revenue coupled with the requirements of ensuring that master data and configuration is delivered with a high degree of quality and within the required time frame.

Job Qualifications Necessary :

Mandatory Skills :

- Master Data Lead must have at least a bachelors degree with 5-10 years of experience working with global pharmaceutical customers as Business Analyst.

- 510 years of experience developing Master Data using LabVantage LIMS. Should have experience in building Test Methods, Parameter List, Specification, Calculations.

- 4-6 years of experience in performing business analysis and/or process re-engineering

- 3-10 years of experience in LabVantage Analytical Quality Control, Electronic Lab Notebook.

- 3-10 years of experience building LabVantage Master data for HPLC/Virology/Elisa tests.

- Ability to translate Business SOPs into Master Data Wireframe workflows.

- Must be able to facilitate customer workshops and elicit requirements

- Must be able to understand Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Lab Notebooks, Processes and Procedures of the Lab.

- Must possess strong technical documentation and organizational skills.

- Must possess strong communication skills including written and verbal.

- Strong Planning, communication, and presentation skills. Should be able to make presentations to customers senior leadership team if required.

- Ability to switch between/and handle multiple high priority tasks.

- Travel onsite as per project demand.
