Key Responsibilities :
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Communicate with clients to understand high-level business requirements and bridge the gap between client expectations and development execution.
- Lead monthly product sync calls and ad-hoc discussions to address domainor requirement-specific queries.
- Respond to domain-related questions across Slack, email, ticketing systems, and other channels.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth feature releases and deployments.
Product & Requirements Management :
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured epics that can be further broken down into user stories by the development team.
- Collaborate across teams to prepare and maintain the product roadmap for project-specific or cross-functional initiatives.
- Conduct sprint ceremonies, including backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, defining sprint goals, and preparing release notes.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features by closely coordinating with engineering, QA, and other stakeholders.
Review & Quality Alignment :
- Drive functional review of implementation approaches, APIs, database schemas, and documentation to ensure alignment with business requirements and consistent naming standards.
- Monitor and articulate project issues, risks, and action items; work with responsible owners to ensure timely resolution and provide necessary stakeholder updates.
- Manage and ensure timely completion of monthly product checklist items.
Technical & Operational Support :
Strong software developer background using .NET or NodeJS is preferred.
Possess a strong understanding of technology fundamentals, including :
- REST API
- Microservices architecture
- Scalability concept
- Docker and containerization
- Cloud platform fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Develop sufficient technical familiarity to merge or roll back pull requests when needed.
- Support deployment planning and execution to ensure seamless and stable releases.
Team Leadership & Process Excellence :
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Developers and QA, ensuring alignment toward product goals.
- Manage and mentor teams of 10+ members, fostering accountability, performance improvement, and career growth.
- Conduct monthly syncs with team members to track success metrics, identify improvements, and prepare them for next-level responsibilities.
- Align team members with customer vision, ensure consistency across products, and drive innovation and process improvements.
- Participate in team allocation and resource planning across projects.
- Resolve conflicts with sound judgment, leadership, and effective decision-making.
- Motivate and guide cross-functional teams while interacting confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Experience & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience leading the same or similar products/projects end-to-end.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members.
- Strong functional understanding combined with a solid technology foundation.
