Job Description :

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to guide technical direction, ensure engineering best practices, and lead the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

The role involves hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Lead technical design, architecture decisions, API development, and database schema design.

- Ensure best practices across coding, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.

- Understand business requirements, break down Epics into user stories, and support sprint planning.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Project Managers.

- Respond to technical queries from clients and internal teams via Slack, Email, and ticketing systems.

- Write high-quality code in Node.js and React.js and perform thorough code reviews.

- Manage GitHub releases, tags, pull requests, and rollback operations.

- Coordinate with client teams, vendors, and internal groups for smooth delivery and deployment.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation on Confluence.

- Mentor team members and drive improvements in engineering processes and product quality.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on work in Node.js and React.js.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL database.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and architectural design skill.

- Experience leading engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.

- Experience with NoSQL, WebSockets, testing frameworks, and observability tools like Signoz.
