About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Developer who can design, build, and scale modern applications with strong backend and frontend expertise.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of NestJS, ReactJS, microservices, and cloud deployment, along with a passion for building robust, scalable, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable applications using NestJS, Node.js, MongoDB, and ReactJS.

- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for performance and scalability.

- Lead backend scaling initiatives for both applications and databases.

- Work on end-to-end deployments on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth and reliable releases.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong focus on TypeScript best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and code reviews.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of professional development experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with NestJS.

- 4+ years of experience with ReactJS.

- Proven experience in scaling backends and databases for high-traffic systems.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Excellent command of TypeScript with strong coding ethics and best practices.

Good to Have :

- Experience with GraphQL, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and application performance optimization.
