Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead who can drive system architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery. The role involves strong technical leadership, hands-on development, and partial team management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will guide the engineering team, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Development :

- Lead overall system architecture, component design, and solution implementation.

- Drive end-to-end development activities including coding, integration, and deployment.

- Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable code.

- Enforce engineering best practices, performance optimization, and coding standards.

Team Management & Collaboration :

- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.

- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth and timely releases.

- Support team members in resolving technical challenges and improving productivity.

- Drive sprint planning, task breakdown, and technical estimations.

- Act as a Scrum Lead when required to manage sprint execution.

Architecture & System Design :

- Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve system performance.

- Ensure architecture aligns with scalability, reliability, and AWS best practices.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise :

- Strong experience in C# and Angular (2+)

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

- Expertise in system design, architectural patterns, and scalable application development

- Ability to lead technical discussions and decision-making

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

- Team management or mentorship experience

Role Variants :

1. Embedded Tech Lead :

- Strong knowledge of C#, Angular, AWS, and Linux

- Experience working with embedded systems

- Solid understanding of architecture and system-level design

2. Application / Web Tech Lead :

- Strong skills in C#, Angular, AWS

- Expertise in system design and architecture for web-based applications

- Linux experience is not required for this variant

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 4-5 years of hands-on development experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.

- Proven ability to lead small to medium engineering teams in technical delivery.
