Roles And Responsibilities :

Experience : 12+ years

Location : Bangalore

Must-Have (non-negotiable) :

- Senior Infrastructure / Solution Architect profile assessment + target-state design experience (not implementation-only)

- Hands-on with on-prem environments (not cloud-native only)

- Proven Resiliency & High Availability (HA) assessment experience able to audit current state and identify single points of failure / recovery gaps

- Backup & Recovery expertise across Veritas (NetBackup), Pure Storage, IBM (Spectrum Protect / storage)

- Breadth across multiple infra domains compute, database, storage, backup/DR

Primary Skills :

- Current-state infra assessment across compute, DB, storage

- Target-state / future-state architecture design and roadmap

- DR (Disaster Recovery), Business Continuity, resiliency architecture

- Storage & backup architecture (Veritas / Pure / IBM)

Secondary / Good-to-Have :

- Consulting or advisory background (assess-then-redesign engagements)

- Exposure to hybrid/cloud DR (Azure Site Recovery, AWS) for future-state options

- Experience presenting assessment findings to client stakeholders / CXO level

- Virtualization & OS layer knowledge (VMware, Linux/Windows)
