About the Role :

MARS Telecom is seeking a strong Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on backend development. The ideal candidate will take ownership of backend-heavy tasks while contributing to front-end development when required. This role involves building scalable APIs, maintaining cloud-hosted services, and ensuring seamless system integrations across the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# / .NET Core.

- Build robust and scalable REST APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.

- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for schema design, data modeling, and query optimization.

Front-End Contribution :

- Contribute to UI development using AngularJS (as needed).

- Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend services.

Cloud & Deployment :

- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on AWS (services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).

- Support system stability, monitoring, and debugging in cloud environments.

Collaboration & Code Quality :

- Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other developers to deliver end-to-end features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills :

- 4-8 years of hands-on full stack or backend development experience.

- Strong expertise in C# / .NET Core.

- Practical working experience with AngularJS (1.x).

- Solid understanding of REST API development and integration.

- Exposure to AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, or similar).

- Experience with at least one database : SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.

- Ability to work independently in a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools or containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
