In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable microservices that power our core business applications.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive significant business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to support critical business functionalities.

- Implement secure REST APIs following industry best practices and Spring Security to ensure data integrity and application security.

- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure the scalability and reliability of our platform.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and reduce technical debt.

- Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and stability of our applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless user experience.

- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, enabling faster and more reliable releases.

- Optimize database queries and schema design to improve application performance and scalability.

- Participate actively in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to design and develop microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot, demonstrating a deep understanding of distributed systems principles.

- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs with a focus on security and performance, utilizing Spring Security for authentication and authorization.

- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently, as demonstrated through performance in DSA-related assessments.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), with the ability to design efficient database schemas and optimize queries.

- Hands-on experience with Git for version control and collaboration, along with familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. This role is based in Bangalore/Noida and requires on-site presence as per company policy.
