About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with hands-on experience in UiPath (RPA) testing to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in manual functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and SQL-based data validation, with the ability to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications and automation workflows.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and automation teams to validate business processes, identify defects, and support high-quality software releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.

- Perform end-to-end functional, regression, integration, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Validate backend data using SQL queries to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

- Test and validate UiPath RPA workflows and automation solutions to ensure business process accuracy.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using JIRA or other test management tools.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and RPA teams to understand requirements and resolve defects.

- Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, estimation, and release validation activities.

- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, execution reports, and defect logs.

- Support production validation and post-deployment testing as required.

- Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing best practices, and Agile delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-8 years of experience in Manual Software Testing.

- Hands-on experience in UiPath RPA testing or validation of UiPath automation workflows (mandatory).

- Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).

- Good knowledge of SQL for backend data validation and database testing.

- Experience using JIRA and test management tools for defect tracking and test execution.

- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
