Description :

- The Manager SQA is responsible for leading and overseeing software quality assurance activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves planning, coordination, and implementation of testing strategies across the SDLC, managing cross-functional testing teams, and driving continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage QA teams by translating business plans into tactical action items.

- Oversee resource allocation, project staffing, work plans, and milestones to ensure on-time and quality delivery.

- Define and track quality metrics across all testing phases (SIT, UAT, Performance, Automation, Production, Validation).

- Identify, address, and mitigate testing-related risks, dependencies, and critical issues.

- Ensure adherence to established QA entry and exit criteria as per organizational standards.

- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and testing outcomes.

- Oversee development and execution of test scenarios, test data, and environment setup.

- Ensure QA test strategies and methodologies align with business and technology requirements.

- Manage project financials and support budget planning for QA initiatives.

- Foster team development through performance management, coaching, and training initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong expertise in Software Quality Assurance, software testing, and related IT domains.

- 8+ years of Experience in Peoplesoft FSCM (must)/Oracle HCM (and/or) Kronos/UKG (and/or) Salesforce.

- 4+ years of Experience in Selenium suite, Automated Test Framework (ATF), creating test scripts and automating test scripts.

- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively.
