Job Summary :

We are hiring skilled professionals for the role of Manager (Architect level) who bring deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Messaging Queues, and Public Cloud Platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver with the ability to design and develop scalable, high-performance microservices-based solutions and lead initiatives as a hands-on architect.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Microservices using Spring Boot.

- Drive solutions that meet security, transaction handling, idempotency, logging, tracing, distributed caching, monitoring, and containerization standards.

- Architect and implement high-cohesion, loosely coupled microservices aligning with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions.

- Evaluate and integrate messaging solutions (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS).

- Ensure robust API development and consumption using RESTful web services.

- Work on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable and resilient deployment.

- Guide team members with best practices in coding, design patterns, and system design.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 14 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Expertise in multithreading, concurrency APIs, and Java Memory Management (JMM).

- Strong coding knowledge of collections, enums, annotations, generics, and serialization.

- Experience working with messaging queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or JMS.

- Hands-on experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases and writing optimized SQL queries.

- Proficiency with containerized environments and tools like Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).

- Experience with logging frameworks such as SLF4J, Logback, Log4j, etc.

- Practical experience writing JUnit test cases using Mockito, PowerMock, etc.

- Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle, and version control systems like Git/SVN.

- Exposure to Spring Cloud, Distributed Tracing, and Monitoring tools is an advantage.

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
