Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing data center infrastructure, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, IT procurement, vendor management, Apple macOS support, and ITSM/ITIL processes. The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, customer communication and service delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the organization's overall IT infrastructure and operations.

- Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and email services.

- Drive IT service delivery through ITSM and ITIL best practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management.

- Manage cybersecurity operations, including SIEM, XDR/EDR, email security, vulnerability management, patching, and threat monitoring.

- Ensure backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure maintenance.

- Develop and maintain IT policies, documentation, compliance, and support internal/external audits.

- Lead IT procurement, budgeting, software licensing, asset management, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and AMC renewals.

- Manage vendor, OEM, ISP, and cloud partner relationships while ensuring SLA compliance.

- Provide enterprise support for Apple macOS devices and endpoint management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions.

- Support customer engagements, solution design, RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposals, and pre-sales activities.

- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and technology partners while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

- Support audits, ISO 27001 compliance and risk management.

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee periodic VAPT assessments while tracking remediation and compliance of security findings.
