Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver Generative AI projects from requirements gathering to deployment.

- Work hands-on with LLMs, RAG models, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and open-source frameworks.

- Deploy and manage AI models in cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Agile project management experience and strong experience in scrum methodologies and tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product, business) to ensure solution alignment.

- Support client discussions and act as a technical POC during project delivery.

- Ensure model scalability, performance optimization, and compliance with data security standards.

- Mentor junior team members in Generative AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of overall experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI projects.

- Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and open source AI models.

- Practical experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Solid understanding of MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring AI models.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education/Qualification :

- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
