Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Manager Enterprise Application / System Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in enterprise architecture, application design, cloud technologies, and system integration while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop enterprise application and system architecture aligned with business and technology objectives.

- Define architecture standards, design principles, and best practices for enterprise applications.

- Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical design of complex software solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, development teams, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Design secure, highly available, and resilient systems with a focus on performance and scalability.

- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.

- Guide development teams through architecture reviews, code quality, and technical governance.

- Design and implement integration solutions using APIs, microservices, messaging systems, and middleware.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory standards.

- Identify and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.

- Mentor technical teams and drive engineering best practices across projects.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, or system architecture.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and application design patterns.

- Experience designing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications.

- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and system integration.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Strong knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, and application performance optimization.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.

- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are an added advantage.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Prior experience leading technical teams or architecture initiatives is preferred.
