About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Manager Data Analytics to lead and drive analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 612 years of hands-on experience with strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Python. This role is analytics-focusednot a data engineering or ETL positionand requires someone who can generate insights, build scalable dashboards, and lead a small team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics projects across departments.

- Translate business requirements into effective data solutions and strategies.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

- Design and deliver high-impact Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.

- Leverage Python for data manipulation, automation, and analytical modeling.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and track performance.

- Manage and mentor junior analysts to foster skill development and ensure high-quality outputs.

- Present actionable insights to business leaders in a clear, concise manner.

Core Skills Required :

- SQL Advanced skills in querying large datasets, joins, window functions, and performance tuning.

- Tableau Expert in dashboard creation, interactivity, calculations, and design best practices.

- Python Proficient in data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy), scripting, and automation.

- Strong business acumen and ability to align data strategies with organizational goals.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
