- Mandatory Skills Application Engineer Java, Python, Typescript & AWS.

- Leads technical product management services on a technical product or products, applying functional expertise to improve product results.

- Supports development of the design, and participates in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.

- Engages with key clients & stakeholders to drive product strategy forward.

- Manages the resolution of the most complex platform issues elevated from staff and clients.

- Manages technical support staff who implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and install cloud computing platforms across all systems.

- Plans, develops, and executes short range goals and strategies to meet department, divisional, and corporate objectives.

- Responsible for delivering software maintenance and ensuring optimization of system up time and performance for critical technology is completed.

- Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and maintain standards for platforms.

- Implements new technologies for enterprise-wide infrastructure projects.

- Develops technical standards to serve technical needs.

- Manages the ongoing performance of IT cloud vendor products and services

- Learns and understands client area business functions and requirements.

- Determines the appropriate technical tool to address the client's business needs.

- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew.

- Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew.

- Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.

- Develops and implements changes to department policies and standard operating procedures to meet changing business needs.

- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Leads quality initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels.

- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex enterprise-wide cloud infrastructure projects and environments.

- Bachelors degree (B./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) at scale.

- Expertise in multi-region concepts and architectures, feature toggling solutions

- Strong understanding of cloud security principles, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

- Working knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence for project and incident tracking
