Job Title : Manager, Applications System Development.

Summary of This Role :

- Responsible for participating in team activities, developing robust systems, and ensuring technical excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.

What Part Will You Play :

- Collaborate with a team of software engineers, participating in technical discussions and

sharing your expertise.

- Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of scalable payment solutions.

- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.

- Take part in code and design reviews, troubleshooting, and hands-on problem solving.

What Are We Looking For in This Role? :

- Strong expertise in PERL and PostgreSQL with solid experience in DevOps practices (Github,

Jenkins, etc).

- Ability to share knowledge and support junior team members.

- Excellent communication skills, especially when working with distributed teams.

- Experience in designing and optimizing databases and backend technologies.

- Ability to develop and deploy solutions using modern tools and platforms.

Job Complexity :

- Participate in technical problem solving for business-critical solutions.

- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Supervision :

- Support and mentor junior developers when needed.

- Take ownership of assigned project tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications :

- BE / B Tech / MCA.

- 10 14 years of development experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Skills / Knowledge :

- Experience with database design, DDL, and DML for PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.

- C Programming, Oracle, Linux OS, GCP (or any cloud platform awareness).

- Proficiency with development tools such as Eclipse, Visual Studio Code.

- Payments Domain experience is mandatory.

- Prior leading experience is mandatory.
