- Knowledge of CRM & marketing automation platforms
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices
- Programming skills (Python or R) are a plus
