- Optimize JVM performance and implement advanced Java multithreading and reactive programming patterns to handle high-concurrency workloads efficiently.

- Drive the adoption of event-driven architectures by leveraging Kafka and RabbitMQ to ensure robust data streaming and asynchronous processing.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data-intensive applications, utilizing MongoDB for flexible, high-performance data storage and retrieval.

- Lead the technical strategy for mobile-first initiatives using React Native, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across platforms.

- Integrate SEO best practices into the core architecture of web applications to improve discoverability and performance metrics for client platforms.

- Mentor and guide engineering teams through code reviews, architectural design sessions, and technical problem-solving to foster a culture of high-quality craftsmanship.
