About the Role :

As a Principal Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI and LLM Development, you will :

- Lead AI Agent Development : Build and fine-tune AI agents for trip planning, leveraging LLMs to create personalized, intuitive travel solutions.

- Refine Generative Models : Work on advanced generative AI models like GPT, GANs, and VAEs to build applications for intelligent travel assistants, dynamic pricing engines, and virtual travel experiences.

- Domain-Specific Fine-Tuning : Customize large language models for travel-specific use cases using techniques like instruction tuning, domain adaptation, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).

- Leverage LLM Technology : Implement and scale LLMs using platforms like Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service to solve real-world travel planning and personalization challenges.

- Optimize Data-Driven AI : Develop data-centric approaches to improve model performance by preparing high-quality datasets and enhancing real-time responsiveness.

- Collaborate on Next-Gen Solutions : Work with cross-functional teams to build and deploy AI-powered systems that redefine user journeys and enhance operational efficiency.

What youll bring to the table :

- Experience Level : 8-10 years

- Education : BE/BTech from Tier 1 institutes (IITs/IIITs/NITs). Preferably MS or Ph.D. in CS/ECE/AI/ML or equivalent.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow and proficiency in transformer-based models such as GPT-3/4, T5, BERT, or similar.

- Expertise in NLP techniques, including text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and embeddings.

- Practical experience in developing and fine-tuning LLMs using techniques like distillation, few-shot learning, and policy optimization.

Domain Knowledge :

- Deep understanding of data-centric machine learning to enhance model performance with well-structured datasets.

- Experience with AI-driven personalization, search relevance, and ranking systems, particularly in travel or e-commerce domains.

Problem-Solving Prowess :

- Ability to solve complex problems, with a focus on latency optimization, efficiency, and domain-specific relevance.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

- A proactive mindset for collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals.
