Mai Labs - Technical Lead - Blockchain Systems

About the Role :

We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive the architecture and development of blockchain components for our upcoming super app. Youll collaborate with teams, mentor developers, design decentralized modules, and integrate on-chain/off-chain systems with high scalability and security.

This role involves making core technical decisions, reviewing smart contract designs, and ensuring seamless interaction between backend, mobile, and blockchain layers. Youll work closely with product, architecture, and leadership teams to build secure, reliable, and future-ready Web3 features.

Location : Noida (WFO) / 5 days

What You'll Get to Do?

- Building architectural design, refactoring, and optimization of blockchain systems.

- Design, implement & optimize blockchain network infrastructure for scalability, security and performance.

- Develop and maintain secure peer-to-peer networking protocols for decentralized applications.

- Develop and implement smart contracts (Chain Code) in Hyperledger Fabric.

- Lead design reviews, code reviews, and decision-making for blockchain solutions.

- Establish project delivery processes, to ensure the scalability & security of distributed ledger solutions.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Blockchain development, on Public, Private and Consortium blockchains.

- Strong exposure in Hyperledger Fabric projects implementation, implementing apps on top of HF.

- Experience with blockchain networking concepts, including node communication, consensus mechanisms, and network security.

- Strong experience in writing chain code using Go Lang or Node.js

- Exposure & hands-on Consensus like PBFT, Raft, POA, POC, POW etc.

- Understanding of dockers/ usage of Git, Jenkins, Dockers, Kubernetes
