Role Overview :

- The Lead Integration is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable integration solutions across multiple business systems.

- This includes leading a team of integration specialists and ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement robust integration solutions using APIs and microservices architecture.

- Lead integration projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Define and enforce integration standards, protocols, and security guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver solutions.

- Troubleshoot API issues, monitor system performance, and optimize integration efficiency.

- Maintain and update API documentation and provide training on integration best practices.

- Conduct testing and quality assurance for all integration deliverables.

- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines for integration projects.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry standards, and integration trends.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in integration management or enterprise IT solutions.

- Strong knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and microservice architecture.

- Proven experience in managing integration projects in large enterprises, preferably insurance or BFSI.

Preferred Certifications : OCJP, .Net.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
