Role : PHP / Magento Backend Developer.

Location : Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities :

- PHP Development : Design, build, and maintain PHP microservices, Magento & Codeigniter applications and APIs that drive our backend business logic and integrations.

- CI/CD Pipelines : Build and enhance end?to?end automation for build, test, and deployment using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CIenabling zero?downtime releases.

- Monitoring & Observability : Implement and maintain dashboards/alerts in Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or similar tools to ensure 247 visibility into system health.

- Security & Compliance : Enforce best practices around network & application security.

- Collaboration & Mentorship : Partner with frontend and product teams; conduct code reviews; mentor junior engineers; help define engineering standards.

Skills Required :

Must Have Qualifications :

- PHP + Magento Mastery : 5+ years building production?grade Magento & PHP applications hands-on.

- Automation & CI/CD : Hands?on experience building scalable, versioned and automated pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) with testing, linting, and blue?green/rolling deployments.

- Observability : Experience setting up dashboards/alerts (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch).

- Security First : Good understanding of network and application security.

- Scaling Mindset : Ability to design for performance, resilience, and cost?effectiveness from day one.

- Collaboration : Excellent communication skills; experience working in startup/fast paced environments.

Good to Have :

- Codeigniter : Familiarity with Codeigniter.

- DevOps Knowledge : Skills in designing, deploying, and operating AWS based systems at scale (EC2, RDS, VPCs, Load Balancers, IAM, S3, CloudFront, Route 53).

- Node.js Services : Experience building or maintaining Node based microservices or serverless functions.

- Monitoring Ecosystem : Exposure to additional observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Splunk).

- Containers & Orchestration : Knowledge on Docker (bonus if you also know any orchestration platform : Kubernetes or ECS).
