Role Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning to configure, support, and optimize SaaS applications. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, ensure stability, and align technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, and support SaaS / packaged applications

- Manage application releases, updates, and deployments

- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Machine Learning implementations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements

- Monitor system performance and optimize applications

- Utilize APIs and low-code tools to enhance functionality

- Lead team decisions and mentor junior team members

- Troubleshoot issues and provide scalable solutions across teams

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to drive continuous improvement

Must Have Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning

- Strong expertise in data modeling and algorithm development

- Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Proficiency in Python or R

- Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice To Have :

- Experience with SaaS application configuration/support

- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms

- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of API integrations
