Role Overview :

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, build, and integrate AI/ML capabilities into production systems.

You will play a key role in developing backend solutions, deploying ML models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop backend solutions in Python with a focus on AI/ML features.

- Build, train, and integrate ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain.

- Work with APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) to implement AI-driven functionality.

- Develop REST APIs and microservices to integrate AI components into applications.

- Optimize ML pipelines for scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Translate business needs into practical AI use cases and deliver working solutions.

- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of professional experience in software/ML engineering, including strong backend development expertise in Python.

- Hands-on experience with ML libraries (for e.g. NumPy, Pandas).

- Exposure to AI platforms/APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, Hugging Face).

- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with effective communication and ownership.
