Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and APIs to drive scalable and efficient AI solutions. The role involves data preprocessing, feature engineering, and optimizing model performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive model documentation and versioning, training models, and orchestrating workflows using tools such as LangChain, Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, and APIs. Expertise in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and distributed ML systems is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will ensure robust integration and deployment of AI models, actively monitor model performance, and continuously improve systems to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and APIs for various applications.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline automation.

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deploy ML solutions.

- Maintain detailed documentation and manage model versioning.

- Apply techniques including RLHF and distributed ML to enhance system capabilities.

- Use orchestration tools and programming languages such as Python for model lifecycle management.

Required Skills and Technologies :

- Proficiency in Python programming and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and API integration.

- Knowledge of LangChain and orchestration for ML workflows.

- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning techniques and distributed machine learning systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and experience with model evaluation and monitoring.
