Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role :

Were on the hunt for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is excited about solving real-world problems with production-grade ML. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in traditional ML, understands the capabilities of Gen AI, and can build systems that are robust, scalable, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain ML pipelines that are reliable, repeatable, and easy to monitor.

- Collaborate with backend, product, and data teams to integrate models into the product seamlessly.

- Evaluate and implement open-source LLMs or Gen AI tools where applicable.

- Monitor and improve model performance over time with A/B testing and user feedback.

- Stay updated on the latest in ML/AI and drive adoption of best practices.

Required Skills :

- Experience with model training, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.

- Ability to write clean, production-ready code and package models as APIs or microservices.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and tools like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.

- Familiarity with Gen AI APIs and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs).

- Understanding of MLOps practices, version control, model deployment, and monitoring.

Good to Have :

- Prior experience in a SaaS product company.

- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Knowledge of A/B testing and experiment tracking systems.

- Ability to convert research into production-ready implementations.
