Maantic Inc - Senior Pega Developer - PRPC

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and enhancement of Pega-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions using Pega PRPC.

- Mentor junior developers and review code for quality and compliance.

- Collaborate with solution architects on application design and integration strategy.

- Troubleshoot performance and technical issues, and implement optimization strategies.

- Support full software development lifecycle including design, build, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications :

- Pega CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect) required.

- 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience, including leading project deliverables.

- Deep understanding of case management, rule resolution, and Pega integration capabilities (REST/SOAP, connectors).

- Experience in Agile development environments.

Key Skills :

- Exposure to DevOps pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus
