Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Backend Operations Associate to join our team and take ownership of backend operational processes that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across our business. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and technical proficiency to streamline workflows, optimize data and system management, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities :

- Operational Process Management : Manage day-to-day backend operations, ensuring processes are executed seamlessly and without disruptions.

- Data Management & Accuracy : Maintain, validate, and update critical data in internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in backend workflows and recommend automation or process enhancements to improve performance.

- Reporting & Analysis : Generate, analyze, and present operational reports and dashboards to track KPIs, performance trends, and bottlenecks.

- System Operations Support : Work with technology teams to monitor backend systems, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure high availability.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with business, finance, product, and customer success teams to provide backend support and enable seamless execution.

- Documentation & Compliance : Create and maintain detailed SOPs, process documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.

- Mentorship : Support and guide junior associates in backend operations, ensuring best practices are followed.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, and reporting.

- Familiarity with backend systems, ERP/CRM platforms, and workflow automation tools.

- Strong understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and data analytics tools.

Operational Skills : Experience managing backend processes, data quality, and large-scale operations.

Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or middleware tools.

- Exposure to cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with automation platforms (UiPath, Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripts).

- Prior experience in finance, payments, or supply chain backend operations.
