Were growing our backend engineering team and are looking for Senior Developers and Technical Leads who love building scalable systems, solving complex backend challenges, and shaping the future of BI products.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Own key components and services of our BI/Analytics product suite

- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Engineers to deliver impactful features

- Define and enforce backend best practices : clean code, test coverage, CI/CD, and documentation

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the teams technical leadership

- Optimize system performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure reliability and scalability

- Actively participate in system design, code reviews, and technical decision-making

Key Requirements

- Strong expertise in at least one of the following : Node.js, Go, C#, or Python

- Experience designing RESTful APIs and building scalable microservices

- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases

- Strong in system design, architecture patterns, concurrency, and distributed systems

- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills

- Experience leading teams or mentoring engineers is a plus

- Comfortable in a product-driven environment with a high sense of ownership and code quality

Nice to Have :

- Production experience with Go

- Experience working on BI/Analytics platforms or Enterprise SaaS products

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other orchestration tools
