Lucent Innovation is seeking a highly skilled ReactJS + React Native Developer to join our dynamic engineering team.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in building responsive web applications using ReactJS along with hands-on expertise in React Native for mobile app development.

You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend (ReactJS) Development :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and Next.js.

- Build reusable components, UI libraries, and frontend architecture following best practices.

- Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend teams for seamless data flow.

- Optimize application performance, page load time, and core web vitals.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.

Mobile App Development (React Native) :

- Develop mobile applications on React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.

- Work on native modules, third-party library integrations, and API connectivity.

- Improve performance and address platform-specific bugs and UI issues.

- Ensure smooth UI transitions, animations, and user-friendly mobile experiences.

State Management & Code Quality :

- Implement application state management using Redux, Hooks, or Context API.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code with proper documentation.

- Conduct thorough debugging and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

Collaboration & Execution :

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional user interfaces.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and adopt new practices for continuous improvement.

- Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely delivery within deadlines.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience (2.5+ years) in ReactJS development.

- React Native experience is mandatory.

- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Next.js.

- Proficiency with Redux, Hooks, Context API.

- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of TypeScript.

- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to UI libraries like Material UI, TailwindCSS, or Ant Design.
