The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert in the Microsoft Power Platform, capable of delivering innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity for our clients.

This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency and the ability to work directly with business users to translate needs into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Development : Design, develop, and implement low-code/no-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate (Flow).

- Collaboration & Requirements Analysis : Work directly with business and end users to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for new applications and automations.

- Platform Integration : Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, as well as with custom development and various data sources.

- End-to-End Delivery : Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and implementation of enterprise-scale applications.

- Technical Operations : Install and configure data gateways, and ensure the ongoing stability and performance of developed solutions.

Technical Skills :

Mandatory :

- Microsoft Power Platform : Extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and Power Automate (Flow).

Additional :

- Experience with Power Pages and Power BI.

- Proficiency in data integrations and working with various data sources.

- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams integration.

General :

- Strong experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications.

- Proven ability to work as both an individual contributor and a team player.

Education and Experience :

- Experience : 5 to 7 years of overall professional experience in a technical role, with a focus on delivering solutions for business or end users.

- Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
