Role Overview :

As a Senior Product Analyst at Loop Health, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decisions across our product development lifecycle.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, define key metrics, and build insightful dashboards. Your analysis will directly impact the user experience, product strategy, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product features and initiatives to measure their success and identify areas for optimization.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand user behavior, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for product innovation.

- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product requirements based on data insights and market trends.

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into product performance.

- Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Proactively identify and investigate data anomalies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL (MySQL preferred).

- Proven experience in building and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience in product analytics, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
