We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Lead Engineer to drive the development and maintenance of software solutions across new and existing products. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in modern full-stack development, cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and AI-assisted software development. The role requires deep technical expertise along with the ability to understand how various components integrate, interact, and are validated within complex, distributed systems. The candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define solutions, evaluate technical feasibility, develop prototypes, and contribute to product roadmap decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable software solutions for new and existing products.

- Analyze business and user requirements, system flows, data usage, and existing processes to develop effective technical solutions.

- Participate actively in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Evaluate problem definitions, requirements, proposed solutions, and operational feasibility to ensure robust and scalable implementations.

- Conduct system analysis and recommend improvements to processes, architecture, guidelines, and development practices.

- Take hands-on ownership of product development and contribute to product roadmap definition from a technical perspective.

- Develop prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate business value.

- Provide technical inputs during strategic planning and technology evaluation.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and discuss technical concepts, solution approaches, feasibility, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.

- Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex to accelerate software development and engineering productivity.

- Design and develop cloud-native applications using Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Build and maintain scalable APIs, services, and distributed application components.

- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution planning.

- Conduct code reviews and promote coding standards, clean code, reusable components, and engineering best practices.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure timely and sustainable resolution.

- Anticipate potential system failures, scalability challenges, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks, and implement preventive measures.

- Manage source control using Git and work effectively with multiple concurrent branches.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation.

- Ensure application logging, monitoring, observability, security, and operational readiness.

- Maintain compliance with defined development processes, organizational policies, and the Code of Conduct.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, development frameworks, AI tools, programming practices, and cloud technologies.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.

- Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs.

- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.

- Strong experience in microservices and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with cloud-native application development using Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Strong expertise in Git, repository management, branching strategies, and source control.

- Experience managing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with Docker and containerization.

- Knowledge of identity and authentication integrations using Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Keycloak, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

- Experience with application logging, monitoring, observability, and performance management.

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex.

- Practical exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning algorithms.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization.

- Ability to mentor developers and provide strong technical leadership.

- 10+ years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong experience in full-stack software development and enterprise application engineering.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Experience working with global and distributed engineering teams.

- Demonstrated experience owning complete project execution from requirements through delivery.

- Experience collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other cross-functional teams.

- Healthcare application or RCM project experience is preferred.
