Job Description :

- Manage, administer, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP LTM and A10 load balancers.

- Handle application deployment, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and implementation activities.

- Perform F5 BIG-IP OS upgrades and migrations from other platforms to F5.

- Troubleshoot SSL issues, certificates, profiles, and F5 LTM configurations.

- Good understanding of F5 ASM/APM modules is preferred.

- Provide L3 support for incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management.

- Work with Linux, tmsh commands, and basic scripting for troubleshooting and automation.

- Manage tickets through ServiceNow/Jira and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare Knowledge Transfer (KT), runbook, and handover documents for L2 teams.

- Support platform modernization and migration projects, including A10-to-F5 cluster migrations and EOL activities.

- Follow ITIL processes and collaborate with global clients and technical teams.

Good to Have :

- Scripting/automation knowledge.

- Jira experience.

- Experience leading small technical teams.

- Strong networking fundamentals and Linux troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
