Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process daily LMS change requests received through QuickBase, email, Digital Gradebook Rosters, and Departure Notices.
- Execute timely LMS actions such as user profile activation/deactivation, course and learning path enrollments/unenrollments in SAP Litmos.
- Prepare bulk import files using LMS user metadata to efficiently handle large-scale change requests with high accuracy.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all LMS changes in the Consolidated Litmos Tracker.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate LMS-related issues to appropriate stakeholders, ensuring
prompt follow-up and resolution.
- Handle professional correspondence related to LMS changes, demonstrating strong written communication skills.
- Manage bi-weekly Litmos metadata updates to ensure data consistency across integrated systems.
- Download daily reports from Litmos and upload data to Power BI Dashboards for visualization and tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience working with SAP Litmos or similar LMS platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing, including bulk uploads and formatting.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and documentation.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to correspond professionally via email.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., QuickBase) and basic troubleshooting practices.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests to meet defined SLAs.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in an enterprise or corporate learning environment is a plus.
- Prior exposure to HRIS or integrated talent management systems is desirable.
