Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Linux/Unix Lead to manage and support enterprise-level infrastructure in a banking environment. The candidate will be responsible for leading BAU operations, managing critical incidents, ensuring system stability, and driving automation and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Linux/Unix infrastructure operations (BAU support).

- Handle incident, problem, and change management as per SLA.

- Perform server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.

- Ensure high availability and system performance tuning.

- Manage user access, security hardening, and compliance requirements.

- Work on monitoring tools and proactive issue resolution.

- Coordinate with application, database, network, and security teams.

- Drive automation using Shell scripting / Ansible.

- Support DR drills, backup/restore activities, and audit compliance.

- Lead client communication and provide status updates and RCA reports.
